I will start this out by saying, I do NOT do birth photography. But when my good friend Lacey became pregnant with her 3rd child, I immediately called dibs on photographing the birth. Even though I have two kids of my own, I had never seen a birth up close. It was something I wanted to experience so badly, and it was such a blessing to be part of this sweet baby’s journey. Lacey is just amazing. She is a wonderful friend and mother, and has such a heart for Christ. She is someone I look up to very much. With every hardship that arises in her life, she holds strong to her faith in the Lord, and always maintains a positive outlook in life. I’m telling you – she’s awesome! 🙂 Her husband was by her side the entire labor, and it was so beautiful to watch. Her midwife was just amazing, and she was blessed with a wonderful group of nurses as well! Here are a “few” of my favorite pictures from that evening.
